Customized with a Pusheen button instead of the buttons that came with it. Also I removed the ballerina on the key chain. This was bought for middle school...the kids have to carry backpacks all day (no lockers), so the nice padded backpack straps are a plus!! Read more

Overall: great quality, durable, and so many utility pockets that this is clearly a high function backpack. Our Usage: we took this backpack recently on a trip to Disneyland and it carried laptops, water bottles, snacks, and extra clothes (among other purchases from Disneyland). It worked fantastic for our family trip and was easily shared between carriers. Pros: the straps of the backpack have nice padding to help with the shoulder strain. The backpack also features strong stitching and quality zippers (free from struggling and catching in the fabric). The main bag has two zipper pulls (so you can join them at the top of the bag). There are hidden pockets in several of the larger cavaties to stuff smaller objects (we used at the store an extra battery charger for our cell phones). The side of the backpack has a knitted pouch that can hold a medium sized water bottle (think 12-18oz). The best feature of the backpack has to be the quality of the fabric of the backpack - it's so soft and smooth and feels like it's water resistant and built to last. Cons: we wish the netted side pouch was a little larger to hold a larger water bottle, and that some of the other smaller pockets had dual zippers. Overall: I promise you will not be disappointed with this backpack. Between the versatility of the multiple pockets and the high quality stitching and fabric used in the construction, this is a solid backpack! Read more
