Thank You Amazon: What a deal for fraction of the cost, I can steam clean anything, the key is to learn it first. when switching to Steam Option, please begin with the lowest setting, first non- steam setting of #4, confirm water is flowing, then turn to steam setting by depressing the toggle switch # 2 to on, it lights up, lowest setting is # 1, keep the sprayer facing the water in a bucket that you are using. You will see it will squirt a little , then gradually after 2- minutes will turn into a steady steam, the reason: it takes time to heat the water to such a high degree. if you like steam as well as super hot water, turn to # 3 now this is the highest setting. it will clean mostly everything, such as a backyard BBQ Grill, or a kitchen counter. I've had other steamers that kept breaking. But I really like this one. I can have more water mixed in while I am steaming. It heats up really fast, like minute. I know someone was complaining about how long it takes to warm up. I am thinking he didn't know how to use it, or it was faulty. My husband figured it out in about 5 minutes. When the light is on it is steaming, and when the light off it is not steaming. Adjust your steam and water, it's good to go. So long as it lasts, I am very happy with it. Read more
I bought the smaller version of this a year ago and it has been working great bought this one in August just as a backup in case the smaller one broke down. Well today is September 25th so I've only had the other one six weeks and never used it until today when the little one broke down.. went to use this one brand new just opened it up and it will not shut off on steam and it's dangerous to use. And they tell me they do not accept returns or refunds for this brand new item. I went thru several streamers before this one. This one has a lot more butt than the local wholesale store with initials HF. I also like that you can use a bucket to hold the continuous water. With the others, they have a holding tank that you must wait for the unit to cool down before it refills. This one just feels safer. Great for carpet cleaning, upholstery, auto, shower glass door and tile. Also has a spray function similar to a pressure washer, not just a steam function. Nice compact, easy to use. UPDATE: Hapyvergo contacted me immediately after my review was posted and we determined the best move forward was a replacement machine which they offered and shipped free of charge. The new machine works so well. I think the other one had a pump issue. Their customer service is amazing. "After a few months of occasional use the pump has already worn out. It still produces hot water, but water runs out of the trigger and burns my gloved hands, and there's no longer pressure to steam clean. For the price I expected a longer lasting product." Read more
Absolute garbage what a waste of money i waited awhile to write a review because i like to give products a real try especially ones ive never used before and steam isnt hot enough to clean anything the cleaning time only last 10 minutes but it dosent matter the steam never gets hot ive watched countless youtube videos and nop i was using it right just absolute garbage please please save your money Read more
