I ordered this steamer to use on my shower pan. We have very hard water, the shower pan is black with a glass surround. The hard water stains everything and leaves white calcium deposits everywhere we have water. I wanted to start with the shower pan first. Given the level of calcium deposit I have been using the steamer almost daily. It has taken several days, but I am finally seeing some progress on the shower pan with the calcium deposits diminishing. I have been using vinegar and it is helpful to have the funnel to add it to the water. I have focused on a small area on the glass so I could see how good it was. Although it is not 100% gone, it has made a substantial difference. I am hoping that once I manage to get the entire shower clean that I can maintain it with a couple of steam treatments per week. Pro's Lightweight Easy to fill up The funnel is good if you want to use additives like vinegar It heats up very quickly It comes with heat resistant gloves Con's The power cord is much too short. When you want to turn off the steamer you have to hang on to the wand so you can reach down and turn it off. There does not appear to be a shut off mechanism near the wand. It takes quite a while to steam clean Read more
This review is for the Handheld Steam Cleaner Touch Panel High Pressure Steamer for Cleaning Grout Tile Portable Steamer for Car Auto Home Small Power Cleaning Steamer with Drain Hole (Dark Green). $72.00 This portable handheld steamer worked great on bathroom floor tiles. It made cleaning the tiles much faster. You just choose the different steam levels on the touchscreen machine, add tap water, and then start using it. It heats up fast and puts out a fair amount of steam. The water reservoir is large enough to clean the bathroom floor. I appreciate the draining hole that allows for complete drainage because I don’t want stagnant water and mildew odor. The steamer is versatile too. I also used it on the granite backsplash behind the cooktop. There was a coat of greasy film and this cleaned it right up. I didn’t have to use too much elbow grease to get the grease off the granite. After steaming the area, I used a microfiber cloth to wipe the grease off. Great product. Read more
The media could not be loaded. It's okay. I've included before and after photos of an area I spot cleaned, as well as a video of the cleaning. I went over each area several times, and it definitely got some of the grime off the grout, but not all of it. I had it on setting 2. I do like the size and it makes it easy to move around with. I wish the power cord was longer; depending on what/where you're cleaning, you may have to unplug it and plug it back in a lot. I also wish it had a button or switch to activate the steam instead of it automatically coming on if the machine is on (seems like it could be a safety concern). I'd say the price is average - you can find other steam cleaners for cheaper, but there are also plenty that are more. I don't know that I would order this one again, mainly because of the short power cord and automatic spraying. Read more
This cleaner is very interesting, but it seems to work pretty well if not exactly as expected. There are not a lot of instructions, but using it is very straightforward. Once you turn it on, it just starts steaming. The plus and minus buttons control the volume of steam. The cleaning brushes that come with it work okay but the plastic ones were significantly deformed after the first use. We first tried cleaning some stained grout in our bathroom and it seemed to improve it but it definitely did not get it completely clean. I have used it on a few other cleaning simple projects and it has worked well for them. The only reason that I am subtracting a star is because the protective cover over he hose separated from the body of the machine and there doesn't seem to be any way to re-attach it. I don't know if this is dangerous or not but it is concerning. Overall it does exactly what you would expect, although probably not quite as effectively as you are probably imagining, still it's a good machine. Read more

I bought this mainly for cleaning tile grout in the bathroom and sterilizing my equipment after home brewing, it really does the job. It heats up quick and the steam pressure is stronger than I expected for something handheld. The touch panel is easy to figure out and it feels modern, not like those clunky older steamers. I used it on my car interior too and it freshened everything up without chemicals. One negative: the water tank is small, so you’ll refill if you’re doing a big area, but it’s easy. The dark green color is actually kind of classy for a cleaning tool. My family now keeps using it on random things—they cleaned the grill grates last weekend. Honestly one of the best small cleaning gadgets I’ve picked up. Read more
I got this to clean up the appliances after a tenant moved out of our rental property. In particular, I want to clean the stove range hood, which is coated with a greasy film. Then I will also do the venting fan above the stove. These areas are particularly hard to clean because of the angle and the little nooks and crannies that include the seams and trim. The steam is a game changer. It gets into the smallest places without any elbow grease. Then we just wipe the loosened grease and grime away with paper towels. It will be spotless and sanitary for the next tenant. A must have for rental property cleanup! Read more
