Freeze dried candy was everywhere a few years ago, and maybe freeze dried yogurt could be next. This is the first I’ve heard of the stuff, but it’s like the healthier cousin to the freeze dried candy. The yogurt is cut into bite sized squares. They’re crunchy with a slightly chalky texture. The flavor is lighter than I expected, but it tastes pretty good. There is a smooth creaminess to their taste. Each color has a different fruity flavor. They’re sweet but not too sweet. You can eat them as a snack or put them into a smoothie or dessert. It’s easy to do so. They don’t have a strong smell. The value is fair for the quality and compared to other freeze dried snacks. They do feel fancy and taste pretty good. I like these a lot. Read more

Tastes awful and very salty. Read more
Good snack, tastes good but can't eat too many at once. Like most freeze dried food it starts to build up in your teeth. Read more
They are preserved really nice and have a great appearance if that is what you're looking for. Unfortunately as far as taste they have this note that brings to mind the dried flower aisle of Michael's. Read more
I really like the flavor of these yogurt chunks—each variety is distinct and full of flavor. They’re great as a quick snack on their own or as a topping for ice cream or fruit when you want a bit of crunch. My only complaint is that the nutrition label doesn’t follow the U.S. standard, so it’s hard to figure out the exact calories and nutritional values. Read more

These yogurt chunks have strong space snack energy. At first I wasn’t entirely sold. The texture is super light and crunchy, almost like puffed chalk, and the tangy yogurt flavor is sharp right out of the gate. But somehow they grew on me. Now I find myself reaching into the container and eating them straight. They do have fruit flavor (strawberry and mango come through best), though it’s more of a background note. The crunch is the main event. I haven’t tried mixing them into oatmeal or cereal yet, even though that’s apparently what they’re meant for. I just like them dry as a weirdly addictive snack. If you're into freeze-dried textures or nostalgic for astronaut ice cream, this will probably hit the spot. Read more

You have to be very open minded & objective when tasting an item that's freeze dried. We tried these as a family with each person getting one cube of every flavor. I wanted everyone's opinion so I could give you an honest review . My 3 yr old glam-daughter loved "all the pretty colors" but couldn't get past the texture which was "chunky". (she's 3... What did you expect? lol) My 30 yr old sons & myself let them melt in our mouths & while they called these a hard "NO" I couldn't really distinguish the flavors & found them rather bland. After tasting 3 of them I finally gave up. While they look like mini-marshmallows, they're pastie tasting, crunchy, & not pleasant. For an $18.00 snack I prefer to fill my freezer with frozen yogurts. Read more
