I am honestly so happy with my high Sierra loop backpack! I was pleasantly surprised by just how much this backpack can truly hold. I’ve been using it as my gym bag and amazingly it fits everything I need. It’s appears super durable so I anticipate it will last me a while. The backpack’s padded straps are super comfortable and adjust easily, which is perfect for someone on the shorter side like myself. Bought this for my daughter when she started high school two years ago. It holds her laptop and a bunch of notebooks. The back padding is very good, but the padding on the shoulder straps has worn out. She loved the pink style with lots of pockets. She like to store everything in separate pockets. She loves the pocket on top that she uses to store her cell phone. When it is full and properly loaded it stays upright, so that her phone is not at risk of damage. Its starting to get wear on the bottom, where she constantly puts it on the floor. We are expecting that it will last until the end of the year, for school purposes. It doesn't have a laptop pocket, but she inserts a vertical laptop bag that she can remove as needed. RECOMMENDATION TO MANUFACTURER: Make the bottom a little bit stiffer and more of more durable material. Instructions or diagrams on how to use or adjust the bands.
