This Himalayan salt has a fresh, clean taste with noticeable mineral content that adds depth to food without being overpowering. Love pink salt. We have replaced any salt we use with pink. I bake with it and cook with it. The course is my favorite, can be ground or used to sprinkle on top. Haven’t had any issue with moisture in the large container. Read more
