I was encouraged to try this because of all the amazing trace minerals it carries. We all are deficient from our diets. I love this salt. You only need a little and the flavot is like no orher salt I have tried. Tastes good and excellent for your health. Read more

The package arrived safely, it was well wrapped. The taste was amazing, ionized salt has a very different taste. I normally use pink Himalayan sea salt, which has its own mild but lovely taste. In a strange way this mineral salt tasted clean, perhaps pure would be a better descriptor. It also melted and blended into stews and soups I used it with VERY quickly. I was concerned the raw and coarse. nature of it would make it resistant to normal cooking but it was easy to incorporate it into my dishes. Read more
I live in Roatan Honduras where it's very humid. This salt is fine but not too small where it gets very wet. I'm able to use this salt by reaching the bag and grabbing a pinch whenever I need some and it's not wet like the fine salt get. It's also not two course where you need to crush it with the grinder. The grinders here get full of water where the salt gets cruched at the opening and they don't work after a couple of uses. If I'm gonna cook something, this might be a little too big too mix well and go down a mesh screen it you are trying to mix your flour and other ingridients. I throw whatever I need in a mortar and pestile to crush what I need. It might be a little extra work but it's better than having a bag full of wet salt. I throw a couple pinches of this in my morning water basically every day. The salt is also cheaper than many other fancy Baja or sea salt types. Read more
Nice salt overall. Definitely not "fine grain" larger and slower to disolve than Kosher Read more
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We usually always use sea salt grinders, but we finally bought this & we use it on everything & this stuff is what all salt should taste like! Read more
Seems like a great mineral salt.. I swish salt in my mouth as part of many naturalist approaches to health issues. I am Keto for a TBI and need to replace electrolytes more often it seems like after years of trail and error + learning.. but the salts lacking minerals end up giving me more cramps and sugar consumption was the hardest drug to quit. It has not been long enough(~3wks) to know for sure that this is better than all others but the cramping isn't returning in days like it would with other salts... nor am I a "salt expert" though I have tried a ton of types of salt and minerals/supplements to take care of issues with as few inputs as needed. This is probably top 3 of salts for sure. Read more
I Enjoy the lower sodium in this over the Celtic salt. It allows me to use way more so I can get more of the trace minerals. Very nice delicate taste that lends well to dishes w/lots on subtle notes. I also add it to my water to help keep my electrolytes balanced as I tend to drink a lot of water. I add it to my coffee and creatine as it helps shuttle it into my cells along w/some added magnesium. Read more
