I am a simple guy, and I like simple stuff, but sometimes technology forces you to align with the masses. I've always worn jeans so when I finally had to get a cell phone, a flip phone would fit in my pocket (or in a belt sheath) besides I didn't need all that other junk on a phone anyway. Recently I have started having a lot of sad times in the family, so there has been a lot of traveling on my part. So with this I have to be able to get email and it is hard texting on a flip phone, so in comes the iphone (I wasn't paying for those i /flip) . I don't know how people carry these things? Well that's where this long winded intro comes in. Tact pants have pockets out the wazoo, and I like pockets. So far these pants have been the best ones I have found for pockets. Not only do they have more they seem to be more thought out and better positioned for use. Here's some examples, even though I got that hated iphone, there is a slim angled pocket right at the left belt line that my flip phone fits in (yes I still use that for my calls). The main pockets they did a little different and improved by stitching in a re-enforcing horizontal patch that keeps things from falling out of your pocket, plus it make it easier to hold a clipped knife or flashlight. The cargo pockets are fairly typical and the back pockets are large, but the velcro closure is off set to the inside which was odd, but maybe just to grab easier from the outer edge. On the right main pocket they put an internal watch (ish) pocket, and finally there is a straight vertical pocket in the front just like the slanted one on the other side. If that isn't enough pockets for you I don't know what more you could have. It has the pockets and I use them all. Oh yea, I forgot they are made really well and look good, should last a long time. Feel good. Light weight breathable. I got the 30L as someone who is 5’5 it’s still a bit baggy in some areas but I’m sure with work boots it will straighten up. With that said if they made 29L ha would be perfect. Read more

Very comfortable, runs large but very reliable, sturdy I haven't had any sweat issues thanks to its breathable fabric. I'm actually planning on buying 2 more 1 size smaller (recommend depending on your size and comfort level) even tho a lil large still holds up well with a tactical belt so not a huge deal at all.
