I've been a Roku user for years, but this is my first smart TV with Roku built in, and I love it. The sound and picture quality are great, but where it really shines for me is in how well integrated the Roku streaming functionality is. Only needing to use one small remote for everything is great, and the apps for all of the various streaming services are well designed and easy to use, too. Speaking of which, it recognizes my blu ray player plugged in via hdmi and has an on-screen app that enables me to control it through the TV remote too. I wall-mounted it with a friend's help, which, granted, was a bit challenging (I'd pay someone to do it for me if I had to do it again), because this thing is huge, which is what you want if you're buying a giant TV. But no issues with it once it was up, and my living room is now like a little home theater. Read more

Love the unpacking service. Great looking TV with excellent resolution. Not easy to find a table that fits it, but I’m sure the tables will catch up eventually to the new size of TVs. Read more

The TV was well packaged and delivered right to my door entrey way. The TV was a great buy for the money with 4K UHD and built in ROKU TV. The only 85 inch TV I could find as I needed ROKU built in as I stream my Spectrum Cable app Through ROKU. Hisense has a great picture it actually has a better picture than my 3 Samsungs. I love this TV all for under $700 including delivery through Amazon. Great deal, Great TV. I also recommend the aTV bracket they recommended on Amazon it works perfectly for this TV. I'm not sure how the TV is measured because everything from the description on the ad to the box to the directions say something different. I purchased an 88" Screen TV. The Ad than switched to an 85" Screen TV and when it shows up, the box says 86.6". So your guess is as good as mine on what I actually got. First TV arrived and was set up using the Extra Service I paid for and that went smoothly. 2 hours in to watching the TV is developed a line running across the middle that wouldn't go away. I tried all the reset features and googled all the remedies and nothing worked. I ended up having to get the TV exchanged which was painless. The guys who delivered it the 2nd time however did not honor the set up service that was still in effect so I had issues with that. The new TV has about 100 hrs on it with no problems. Picture is beautiful. The CHANNEL menu is a bit odd but I'm slowly learning how to customize it to be easier to find things. Another issue with the TV is that in the description it says the support legs are X amount distance apart. They are not. They are much wider. About 70" apart. I had to buy a new TV stand because of this. Read more

I genuinely thought my husband had lost his mind getting such a huge tv for our living room, but now that we have had it for a while I have to say..it’s soooo worth it! From family movie nights that feel like we are in a movie theater to my 6 year old playing games on it, it’s a constant source of entertainment for our family. Set up was easy, works perfectly and makes our living room feel classy. Love it! Read more

The media could not be loaded. Television has an absolutely amazing picture. Very happy with this purchase. The only assembly was installing the legs. We plan to hang it on the wall, so the legs are only temporary. Read more

Great tv at a great price. Nice sound, too. I wanted the Roku streaming interface, which was hard to find for an 85 inch tv. I’m so glad I bought this brand because I have a gorgeous tv and I saved hundreds of dollars. Read more
