I will start by saying I was VERY hesitant to make this purchase. Despite wanting one of these for YEARS, I am not rich, and Hismith don't get cheaper often. With a major Prime Day Discount, I finally pulled the trigger. I was a fool. I have been a fool. But I have been led into the light. This machine is AMAZING. It's Insane compact, WHISPER quiet, and is more adjustable than I am! It hits everything you want, right when you want it, as hard or soft, fast or slow, deep or shallow as you like. Adjusting can be done in seconds! and it DOES. NOT. STOP. If you use the app presets, or just let someone else control, you are along for the ride, there are no brakes, and you better pray you remember the safe word. 100/10, I love this, My wife loves this, I absolutely regret not getting it sooner. Do note, though compact, it is VERY heavy. This is NOT cheaply made. It is very well manufactured and you can tell by the fit and weigh of the parts. You will have to maintain it. This thing is amazing. When it arrived both hubby and I were super excited. We've talked for years about getting a machine like this, and the timing just ended up being right. We unboxed it and got it together in about twenty minutes, given we stopped to read through the little booklet that came with it. The weight of the legs was extremely impressive. I wasn't expecting them to be THAT heavy, but they are very solid and make up most of the weight of the unit, which is important. The remote and the control box are both very easy to use, though the control box doesn't kick in until the knob hits 30 or so. I don't know if that's a problem with the control or something else, but it's minor. The amount of control you get is staggering. I can stop the piston on a dime almost, and the transition through speeds is incredibly smooth. The remote is a nice little surprise, but you have to be ready for what the little triangle button on the bottom dishes out. Hubby wasn't and hoo boy did he get taken for a ride. It controls the speeds and the power as it should, and has a pretty good distance control. The machine itself is very compact, which makes it easy to move, lift, and store. We can fit the machine, still assembled, under our bed if need be. The storage case is lovely, and the cut foam pieces for the parts are very nice quality. The whole unit fits inside, accessories, and all. When all is said and done, we give this little workhorse a full five-star rating, and it deserves every one of them. It was more than worth the price, and we can't wait to order some more accessories for it. Something tells me that it's going to get a lot of use, and I'll update if anything changes. If you're on the fence about ordering one of these, just take the plunge and do it. Updated review after getting replacement part : I got the machine five months ago and it has been fantastic. It worked well with larger toys and was stable once I put sandbags on the legs to weight it down so it wouldn't move. I definitely agree with others that it's excellent and highly effective - surprisingly so. Unfortunately it just stopped working for no reason. So I echo the concerns about durability that I'm seeing here. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent me a new speed controller for free. That fixed the issue - glad nothing mechanical was broken and it was just a controller switch. Really glad for their support which has made this purchase worthwhile. Read more
Great machine for the money and does a hell of a job. Can push the biggest toys at full speed and depth and you'll slow down before it does. Set up is a little time consuming but once you've got it figured out it really is pretty quick. The carry bag is great though once the legs are put together having to disassemble the entire thing to use the bag is a PITA. That is about my only knock on the system. The drive train is remarkably quiet and adjustable through a wide range of depths and angles of attack. Read more
I found this machine to be of extremely high quality. As a former engineer, I can honestly say the design is sound and functional. They manufactured this with high quality parts and materials. Also, it works exactly as expected. In hindsight, I wish I had purchased the newer model that has wireless app controls, but the wired version works just fine. Just some wires to deal with is all. Its not the cheapest machine available, but I can say it is likely the most dependable and well built that I have seen. IMHO.. it was a great purchase and a lot of fun. Worth the money spend.
