The media could not be loaded. The “return seal” was already broken prior to opening the box. Stickers on the machine say you can only unscrew for two rotations or you will break the screws. Metal scraping noise is heard when machine is in use. Read more
I've owned a few sex machines and this one is by far the best. A little pricey for what it is but totally worth it. If you aren't a little handy or able to read / follow instructions then this probably isn't for you. A lot of reviews say "it broke" etc. or didn't come with a tool. (literally just an allen wrench) and personally I don't think it's deserves a one star review because you broke it or didn't follow the instructions and warnings. It is a lot of money for what it is, but that's my only complaint. Read more

VERY LOUD. Bluetooth tends to disconnect during stream. the keys/wrench will quickly stop being able to turn the bolts due to the loss of shape. Followed all the instructions exactly but the rods kept detaching. there are other machines with better warranties at a similar price as well as cheaper ones with similar warranties. I bought this because it was the only tip activated machine on the market when I bought it. HisSmith now offers this technology and I'm sure more brands will by he ime I can afford another so unless lovense gets a better warranty and a lower price, my business will go elsewhere Read more
I really dislike this company. I'm a cam model and unfortunately I need to use their products pretty often. All of their products die in a year, which is of course when the warranty expires. I bought he sex machine last November and it has slowly been breaking and dying on me already. You would think with how expensive they are, and who their target audience is, they would make them alot more durable. Unfortunately they are the only company that does tip activated toys and they are made in China. 🙄 Read more
