This is everything I had hoped for and more. I cannot say enough about the amount of space and the quality. Would 100% buy it again and recommend. The box was damaged in transit but the way they packed the item inside, not a scratch on it, so I appreciated that thoroughness. PROS: Tons of storage space. Can hold my extensive collection of jewelry and accessories. Finally have a place for sunglasses, hair clips, and other small items that end up cluttering up the top of my dresser. Love that the doors are in the front, not on the sides, easier to fit Cabby anywhere you want instead of needing to leave open spaces on the sides to fully open other armoires' doors. Also love that the doors hide the drawers and the whole case locks shut. It doesn't look like a jewelry armoire which is a main reason I picked this style, I didn't want it to be instantly recognizable. It looks like a nice wood storage piece, maybe for linens. Beautiful color. Color is a true turquoise, bright and colorful finish with a little distressed look. Sturdy and easy to put together. You have to attach the legs and the top lid. Linen lining is much less lint attracting than felt with a clean, fresh look. CONS (do not detract enough to change my rating): Drawers tip down when pulled out more than halfway, unfortunate when you have loose jewelry inside. The drawers are not on tracks. No dividers in the drawers below the top three drawers. I will probably buy a few inserts for my smaller items to keep them sorted but the largest drawers work well without them for larger accessories. Magnets on doors could be a touch stronger. I have extra strength, small/thin silver magnets I am going to add myself for more strength but I doubt most people have those kinds of magnets laying around. If your piece is sitting level, the doors shouldn't open. Read more

Easy to put together (mostly already done just needs legs and the mirrored hatch attached) I can wish that it was lined in anti-tarnish fabric instead of the attractive linen material, but I knew that going in. I simply cut some of my own anti tarnish fabric and laid it in each drawer. It’s a bit pricey but looks nice, and is incredibly efficient at storing and organizing my jewlery so I can see what I have. Crucial for larger pieces like brooches and bangles. Not good for earrings, as there is no hanging thing, but I use another box for that so it’s fine. If you need lockable, functional jewelry storage it works really well. Read more

This jewelry armoire is so spacious and beautiful! It is built in good quality, with no dings or dents, and had very fast (free) shipping! I am in love with how I can finally fit all my jewelry into one component and still have room for more (and I have A LOT of jewelry)! I haven’t put the legs on yet, since I’m in the process of moving, but the lid was super easy to attach! Turquoise is my favorite color, as I am a beach bunny, and it has a nice antique finish to the wood. I was so glad to get rid of my old chest which was not made of real wood. It’s also awesome that I can lock all my treasures inside! Thanks Hives & Honey! Read more

So very nicely put together. Love the color. But you need to look closely at the pictures. This is very distressed and not the way that I think of distressed. I looked at multiple websites and pictures and did not see it. So if you like the pictures you will love it. The insides are beautiful with lots of space. They also have nice costumer service along with Amazon. I am giving it four stars because it is sturdy and the company was really nice to deal with. I like everything about except how it is distressed. Read more

Cabinet arrived with no damage. Husband assembled the legs and lid with no trouble. I share the wish of other reviewers that the drawers have something to keep them from tilting down when you pull them out (I would have happily paid more for this feature), but overall I am extremely pleased with this purchase for the price. I paid around the same amount for a locking wall hung unit that only holds what you can keep in one side of the doors and one drawer of this cabinet. There is a lot of room for necklaces to hang and for small and larger pieces. It fits together well and the lock works fine. I might rub some soap on the bottoms of the drawers to see if I can get them to move more smoothly, but honestly for the price I am really happy with both the look and operation. Read more

I ordered the turquoise chest. It arrived undamaged, all holes per pre-drilled and all screws in a little package. My husband had no issues attaching the legs and top. It wasn't as distressed as others have stated or received. It is so beautiful. Yes, I believe there is Formaldehyde used to make it, but so do all the there jewelry armoires I've looked at. The odor was strong upon unpacking it. We placed the chest in a room we do not use, took all the drawers out, left the lid open, opened a window and turned the ceiling fan on all night. The next morning, no smell. Tons of storage space. Mine completely locks the top, sides and drawers. I imagine if a bugler to a crow bar to it he/she could pop the top with force. But if you're having a lot of guests over, no way one of them could sneak in your room, open it and help themselves. That actually happened to a friend of mine with a non-locking jewelry armoire. I LOVE this ARMOIRE !! Read more
