Chair arrived in very well packaged in individual pieces but had all the screws already in place so there was no guessing or need to decipher weird instructions to guess the bolt sizes. Also ships with a full set of spare screws and bolts for those "just in case" one is missing moments. Very nice of them to include that set most just send one or two extras instead of a full kit. Took about 15 minutes to assemble with the included hex wrench. Very easy to follow the instructions they even label the parts with a color coded sticker so you can not accidentally have the wrong side out - the sticker is even color coded in the instructions. Very nice touch. As a side note - the word chair is spelled wrong on the box - kinda funny but I also would not be able to spell chair correctly if I had to make a box in simplified Chinese so it was a cute spelling error and they at least made an effort. Extremely comfortable chair - so comfortable in fact there was an argument over who now "owns" it - apparently I need to buy at least one more for the family. The reclining action is smooth and the pull out foot rest is mostly functional - if you are over 6' do not bother using it it would be more of a back of the knee rest. The strap on pillow is actually usable which surprised us all - usually they just get in the way. The vibrating lumbar pad also works well for back support. The only drawback is the speakers (which are BT) and the vibrating lumbar pad requires a USB port for power - we decided to just add a dedicated rechargeable power bank which we attached with some velcro under the seat to keep the chair "wireless" it seems to work just fine that way. Overall we could not be happier with this chair. It rolls around with ease, adjusts easily, and the sound output while not spectacular does add an extra flare to some games when used as a "surround sound" rear speaker set. Highly recommended. NOTE: I have not tested the sound and massage features as I don't have a close enough outlet to power both features. A limited cord length and the requirement of TWO outlets (sound and massage are on their own individual circuits and each require an individual plug), is a complaint I have about the product. Pros: Very easy to assemble, took me about an hour with limited strength required (wheels were the hardest part but I got it eventually) Very structurally sound, do not feel like I will tip over even with back fully laid flat Decent rolling on hard floor Beautiful color Decent construction, stitching is clean and care was taken to ensure the chair looked aesthetically nice Big enough seat that I can sit cross-legged (favorite feature) Cons: Outlet gripe (see above) Non-adjustable arm rests, though I think they are at a perfect height so it is not too much of an annoyance, they do lean back with the chair though Overall, very pleased with this product! This chair is SO much fun! It is a luxury for me to have this and is so fun to play games in. The chair was easy enough to put together in under an hour with me and my hubby. It is soft and comfortable and I love the color combo. The massager is more gimmicky to be honest and not really a massager but a buzzer, but still fun to have. The speakers do not have a lot of base and I do wish that was better. Still the speakers are good. They took a bit of time to connect and was actually thinking it was broken but waited and they finally connected to my iphone via bluetooth. Nice chair, very easy to put together. It has nice thick cushions and is very comfortable. The arm rests feel like they flex with pressure but I think I may have not screwed them in tight enough. Rolls around nicely even on carpet. The massage function is nice but it’s more of a vibration than anything. Overall the chair seems very sturdy and high quality, my only complaint is that the arm rests flex and the leather around the curves is wrinkled and it doesn’t really seem like there’s a way to fix that.
