This is an excellent watch and EDC case! The lid arrived cracked despite the excellent packaging job by H&H, but their customer service is amazing and sent me a replacement immediately. The display case works beautifully, is finished well, and is nearly perfect for my needs. I ended up removing the additional watch posts in the top drawer and added in my own felt bins for more storage and organization for EDC stuff. So happy they didn’t glue those posts in; it’s just a couple of screws. The drawers move smoothly and silently, and the weight ensures the case doesn’t shift at all during use. Purchased this for my son for Christmas. First, I will say it is packed so securely that it would be extremely difficult for it to be damaged from shipping. The box is beautful and you can see right off that it is a quality product. I was pleasantly surprised by the craftsmanship. Just an overall quality product. The initial appeal was how the watches are stored. They don't have to be secured on one of those pillows. They sit right on top under a clear lid and are easy to access. My son loves it. Read more

I own several Holme & Hadfield cases for displaying/storing knives (Armory, Armory Pro, & Combo Deck) but this is my first watch-only deck. In short, I'm extremely happy with each of the cases and it's time I break my lurking streak to post a review. The Collector Pro is built with the same terrific attention to detail and quality as my other H&H offerings. This starts with unboxing the fantastic product packaging, with foam padding all around the main black cardboard box, heavy molded foam inside of that to fully surround the case itself, and then foam pieces inside the case to protect the pillars/acrylic cover (search online for unboxing videos if you’re curious). The case itself is composed of wood (walnut on mine) that has a nice look and solid feel, and each of my products has a consistent appearance matching its companions. The clear, hinged lid opens and allows easy access, instead of having to be pulled off like the initial products (they keep innovating and responding to customer input). Last, the "Pro" models also come with vegan leather padding at the base of the pillars and in the pull-out drawer, which helps provide peace of mind that neither watch nor case will get scratched with use. While I’ve had other nice watch holders that definitely did the job, the Collector Pro allows me to store more watches (up to 7 on the pillars), as well as bands or accessories in one beautiful package!
