This has helped with counting my laps which has resulted in me increasing my laps and time spent in the pool. It does get a little foggy and also the lap counter is a little delayed at times. Will say that it is comfortable to wear. Also, if you forget to charge it and battery dies on you while swimming, you loose the data for that swim. I mostly do freestyle which I mix up with breast stroke for my cool down. Overall happy with it being my first AI goggles. I have to say, I really wanted to like these. The goggles themselves take some adjusting like any other pair of goggles, but I just couldn't get the right width nosepiece to be comfortable without leaking. Also, unless you're using their workout builder, you can basically only track total distance. I can't seem to figure out how to do a simple "lap" press to reset the counter. You get speed splits each pool length, but if I'm doing 10x200 or something like that, it's not really that helpful to know I'm 850m into the workout. I would like to swim 200, press "lap," then it resets to 0 for the next interval. Unfortunately I've found myself using a normal pair of goggles because I don't want to spend the time charging and setting these up. Read more

I got to the gym and had about 5 minutes to play with this before I had to get in the water - which aside from needing to adjust the nose bridge was actually plenty of time to set it up and get it running. There are several bridges to swap out so I just need more than 5 minutes to play with it and find the right fit. The anti-fog worked great, no leaks, and I loved seeing my stats mid swim, I usually wear my Apple Watch but sometimes it pauses during my swims if it's not tight enough and this worked great as a compliment. I did accidentally pause it while swimming though, be aware of the buttons while adjusting the googles or you'll pause it by mistake. I recently tried the Holoswim Smart Swimming Goggles, and while I found several features impressive, I have to say that I did not like the nose piece at all. The real-time data display is fantastic, with clear visuals that enhance my swimming experience. Being able to see my distance, pace, and laps directly on the lens made it easier for me to adjust my performance mid-swim. The scientific data analysis and stroke recognition are also top-notch; the goggles accurately identified my strokes and even tracked my turns and rests, which is something I really appreciated. The synchronization with the Holosport APP was seamless and provided detailed insights into my swimming performance. However, the nose piece was a letdown for me. It felt uncomfortable and didn't quite fit well, which distracted me from enjoying the overall experience. If they could improve the nose piece design, these goggles would be nearly perfect.
