I ended up returning this to Amazon after one swim. The reasons were two fold. First in the information given on the Amazon web site, it states these goggles are compatible with Garmin watches and I have a Garmin Instinct Solar 2 which I use to track my swims. I thought that together these may assist me in improving my swim technique. However, after receiveing them and downloading the Holosport app and then trying to pair the goggles with my watch I found that of the many Garmin watches these goggles are compatible with my Instinct solar 2 was not one. The noncompatibility issue was not a total deal breaker. But, needless to say, it was a dissapointment. Second, these goggles would not seal tomy face. I tried most of the different nose pieces in th ebox but none stopped the leaking. Generally with each nose piece they were full of water by the second or third stroke. Granted, my face has two issues which affect the proper fit of goggles. First I have a fairly narrow face and second I have a romanesque nose. For me these goggles would not seal on the sides with the wider nose pieces and with the narrower nose pieces they would ride up my nose and not seal around the sides and would dig into the side of my nose. All making them very uncomfortable. If you have a slightly flatter nose or a slightly wider face they may fit fine, but for me they were literally a pain in the nose and a leaking bother. Read more
