I purchased this larger pan after getting the smaller version for her to use when cooking eggs and similar items. My wife was so thrilled with that pan that she asked for this larger version. The pan feels surprisingly light weight and yet feels quite durable. Heat dispersion seems very good, as well. This is not dish washer safe but cleaning it in a sink is very easy since food does not stick to the pan. Do know that after you purchase the pan you do need to wash it first and then prep the pan once with a little vegetable oil. This pan is very deep so it is also useful for multiple cooking applications. Overall, based on my wife's reports, this pan is everything it calims to be. I have no complaints but if issues do arise I will update this review as needed. Read more

Non-stick coating poor quality

I have used this twice and washed it twice. I have only made eggs in it and used rubber spatulas. I did not use any hard utensils, yet somehow there are already two nicks in the non-stick coating inside the pan. The coating seems great at making things like eggs not stick....but it is not durable. Read more
