Fits the a6 like a glove with elastic wrapping securely under front and rear bumpers. 3 clip straps should keep it secure in the wind. Can't report on waterproof results until spring ??? Filled the tank washed the car and cleaned brake dust from wheels. Wrapped it up and hope to come back to a nice clean dry car after winter. We shall see!! hesitant to give it a 5 star until the weather proof promise is correct but so far a good cover for very good price. Read more
This cover fits my 2006 Jetta perfectly, which was a pleasant surprise right out of the bag. I really like the soft, felt-like lining on the inside; it rests gently against the paint and gives me peace of mind that it won’t scratch the surface. As for the “10-layer” claim, I can’t really say it feels that thick. It’s pretty lightweight and thinner than I expected, though it does seem decently strong so far. Time will tell how it holds up to weather and repeated use. If it surprises me and lasts well, I’d be happy to come back and update this to 5 stars. For now, it’s doing its job and fits great, just hoping the durability matches the marketing. Read more
For the money, it seems to be if descent thickness and quality, not sure where these layer counts come from. Just put it on the car but looks like it will be waterproof, inside is softish, just make sure no dirt or grit gets inside and I think it will protect. This rating is based more on value as I can't speak to longevity but in my experience good fit is one the most important parts or durability, if it's constantly flapping in the wind or getting blown off of the car, the straps will break etc. this seems to fit my 95 Dodge Stealth really well so it you are looking for a 3000gt, should be the same. The media could not be loaded. 05/13/2024: This car cover is definitely worth the purchase! It's well-made and easy to apply. Despite the warm weather this week, when I took off the cover from one of our cars, I was pleasantly surprised to find the interior cool, not hot! This indicates that it's effectively protecting the car from the UV rays. The sizing is very accurate and fits both cars perfectly. Though it comes with a bag, I struggle to fold the cover neatly enough to fit it back in the bag. Also, it hasn't rained yet so I am excited to test the "waterproof" claim and see if these covers keep our cars dry. I will update this review after a rainy day and share my thoughts! So far, I'm loving these covers and highly recommend them! UPDATE August 28, 2025: It has been over a year since I purchased the car covers. Both covers are still in excellent condition. They keep the cars protected, completely dust-free, and dry when it rains. Again, the cars have remained completely dry during rainy days. I can confidently share the covers are 100% waterproof. It is important to note that where I live, we rarely get thunderstorms. Most of the time it is only regular rain or a light drizzle. In these conditions, the covers have worked as advertised. We also do not get strong winds in the area. I have not seen any tearing on the material. It still feels very sturdy and well-made. Based on how they have held up. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and recommend purchasing the car cover. Read more
Excellent car cover. It is light weight and easy to put on. It's thicker so won't disintegrate from the hot Texas sun (last one came apart after a year). I found a way to get the straps under the car to snap on the other side (a rake putting the snap on a tong and pushing under the car to the other side). I like the color and reflective strips. Was sick of my kids rubbing up against my 2012 mustang. Got this for when I knew I would have "many days" in between driving it. Also use for winter storage in my garage, but basically for the same reason... To help protect from people rubbing up against it. I liked that the underside has a cloth material before just the tarp material. What's the point of protecting from contact scratches if the underside itself would scratch it. Easy to put on. I unfolded it then rolled it up. Started from the back and then just unrolled it to the front. Fits as expected! The one thing I wish it has would be a factory installed hole for the antenna. I noticed some other covers had them. But I obviously still got this one. I just cut a hole for the antenna to go through. It actually helped during the unrolling of the cover. Maybe they don't include it knowing that it is a "universal" fit and antennas, if it even has one, are not in a standard location. That was my thought even before I bought it which is why I was ok with it not having one. Read more
