If you NEED a softer bed, this is pretty much the best alternative but it's expensive

I paid $750.00 for the King Size Ultimate. I was disappointed, it isn't as thick as I thought it would be and mine doesn't look as thick as the picture. I put it on top of my very expensive sleep number bed. There just doesn't seem to be a bed soft enough for my bones. It does soften my bed a bit which I hope helps me, I guess I just expected more for $750.00. I'm in my 60's with major health and back problems. My fear is it'll pack down where I lay and I'm pretty much bedridden at this point. I called the company with questions before placing this order. I also hope it'll do as suggested and keep me cool in the summer and warm in the winter. At any rate I'll keep it because I'm desperate and there just aren't any truly thick, soft mattress pads or toppers out there, I have tried many and I hate memory foam and latex. At least this is healthy so I gave it 3 stars. I'll update after I've slept on it for a month or so. Read more
