I’d been using a firm, 2” thick pillow as a hip aligner between my legs when I sleep. I recently realized it wasn’t really helping much - I’d still toss and turn all night and wake up with hip and lower back pain. I received this pillow yesterday evening and I am so happy to say that my tossing and turning was cut in half, and my sleep quality was amazing! When I opened the package I immediately thought there is no way this pillow will expand to the 6.5” it’s supposed to be - but within 10 minutes it fluffed up beautifully. Something about that crease down the center makes it so easy to find a comfortable position. It’s cloud-soft yet perfectly supportive! And for those who are concerned about being able to turn over comfortably, you don’t turn over with the pillow between your legs - you slide your leg out from under it, roll over, then slide your other leg under the pillow. Only 3 days post-op left anterior hip replacement. This pillow has been my best friend for maintain hip precautions while finding the most comfort in both supine and side lying positions. I'm getting rest that I didn't and couldn't get for my two days in the hospital now that I'm home and I would greatly recommend the pillow for all who follow. I am a side sleeper and need a knee pillow. I have tried the wedges and a lightweight version of a pillow with a crease down the middle. The last one that I tried was oversized and not firm. It looked like a regular pillow with a crease. When I put it between my knees, they touched..... I ordered one of these extra firm and thick knee pillows and find that it has what I need to keep my knees from aching at night. I do find the pillow to be too large for my application. I do not use it the long way and have my feet also separated. I turn it sideways and just use it for my knees. It takes up a lot of space. My recommendation to the manufacturer is to keep making this great knee pillow, but offer it in a smaller size that is more square so that it does not take up as much space in the bed. Read more
I am post hip replacement surgery, and this pillow worked well so I could sleep on my non-operated side when the doc said I could begin. I love it. It's soft and comfortable. I just wish it came with a fitted pillowcase. Read more
Back pain or no back pain...that is the question! I recieved within 2 days opened packaged and started laughing, the pillow is literally the size of my entire lower half! It is extremely bulky, wieghted down! HOWEVER, AFTER THE FIRST USE, i was hooked! It seperates knees, hips, ankles and gives everything support! Know ive only used twice, BOTH times i woke up with some severe lower back pain! But i also mopped my jobs entire floor (deli) the night /day of each use, so i cant say its from.pillow, will continue to use and will change review IF i get a different outcome after continued use! This pillow is really large. With it being described as a knee pillow it was definitely not what I expected. It’s a full size bed pillow, standard or even queen size. I’m a side sleeper and wanted it for between my knees for hip pain but it actually was too big and made my lower back hurt. Read more

This Pillow is the only one that works for me. It prevents the whole leg including knees and feet from having contact with the other leg. Finally I woke up pain free from hip, leg, knee and foot pain. I highly recommend this pillow. Read more
