Great Shape for Side Sleepers!
I ended up returning this pillow but it's not because it doesn't have great potential! I have a difficult situation with my shoulder and the pain that I have just would not relent. Using this pillow seemed to make it worse. However, if you are a side sleeper who doesn't have chronic pain I would highly recommend trying this pillow. It is made extremely well, and the foam is comfortable for your neck and head. This shape pillow is great for side sleepers. It plumped up within minutes out of the box, it didn't smell and the cooling pillow cover is a nice touch. I really wanted to be able to use this pillow but with my shoulder problem I was unable. Great for shoulder injuries
I recently had shoulder surgery and lost three of my four tendons. I am a side sleeper. This pillow helps to elevate your arm since you will have issues moving it for a while. It also supports your neck and your shoulder. I sleep much better now. Read more

Too small
This is intended for a child or small adult. Ear hole is too far up in the pillow. Arm rest bends and twists when it gets to chest area, arm does not fit. Definie photo shopping to make picture look like person is fitting into this "pillow" It is comfortable but not for designed for an adult. Read more
