I wasn't sure whether to score this as a 4 or a 5 but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. I've only used it one night so I'm still adjusting to it. At first I was absolutely delighted in how comfortable it was! The foam was very firm and offered great support. One issue though was that the depression for the ear hole isn't large/deep enough so that was noticeably uncomfortable for part of the night. Due to sleep apnea I've been instructed to only sleep on my side and to avoid sleeping on my back-this pillow was absolutely perfect for that! Because it wraps around your upper back it enforces proper alignment and it seems like it would be very uncomfortable for someone to sleep on their back with this pillow. The Dr's office suggested several wonky looking devices to help ensure I slept on my side, but I think this option is a lot more functional and comfortable than their recommendations! I was recommended by my doctor because I have sleep apnea. It actually works, makes you stay on one side. They recommend this because I cannot use the machine.. it is soft, and can be flipped to the right if you are a left or right side sleeper. The thickness is just right . I do get a good night sleep on my slide with this pillow and keeps you on your side. Read more

Not as described or pictured. Thickness was lacking after several days out of packing. This was very uncomfortable. It was ok for sleeping on one side but do not turn over during night as did not spring back, as it conformed to the first side. Not comfortable sleeping on back. Tried turning it around...was worse. The jury's still out on this pillow. It takes some getting used to. It seemed to be giving my neck the support that it claimed but the last couple of nights I've only been able to rest on one side without experiencing discomfort in one arm. I bought this pillow as a gift for my husband. He complained of pain in his neck and back, and also needed a pillow best for side sleeping. The Cervical Pillow is perfect for his sleeping needs. He stated that the Cervical Pillow is supportive around his neck and head and it is comfortable. He has notice some pain relief since using the pillow. being a cervical spinal patient with an additional herniated disc I ordered these pillows starting 4 years ago and they were really a life changer for me. as they wear out I've been ordering replacements and this past June of 2025 I ordered another replacement and noticed that they're listing changed. unfortunately so did the pillow. they are now super flat and super soft and basically unusable because they don't provide any support. it's almost like they have tried to cheap out and use half the phone that they used to. the pillow doesn't even fully fill out the cover anymore. please go back to the original formulation.
