Very comfortable for side sleepers with a CPAP
This is a thin, firm, pillow. The size is just right, but the ear hole is very far away from reaching my ear. It is still comfortable and functional. The cut outs are perfect for anyone sleeping on their side wearing a CPAP. This greatly improved my quality of sleep. It was a fair price too. Read more

Works great when using my full face CPAP gear. Helped me limit my mask air leaks during sleep. Would have given it a 5 star review but wish they included the extra mat to get a little higher to support my neck better. The mat is offered for free but you have to go through the process of contacting them which is a hassel in itself. Using the pillow, I find it very comfortable. Read more
HOCA makes a great CPAP pillow
I love this CPAP pilow. The curved sides allow the CPAP tubing to stay out of the way and not pull the nasal mask over so there are less air leaks. HOMCA sent me the additional pad to raise the height of the pillow and answered my email promptly. The cover of the pillow is silky, which is more comfortable and my face stays cooler. I also like that the cover is washable and the memory foam is firm but soft. The price was resonable too. Read more
Wonderful pillow!
I hate having to use a CPAP machine and because I sleep on my side my torture device hindered sleep even more so I hated it even more. I bought this pillow with hopes it would offer good sleep and it sure does! I use the mask with the hose on top and a pillow nose piece, and with a regular pillow my nose piece would move and the hose would get tangled, truly a nightmare. I rest very well with my CPAP machine now by using this pillow and don’t hate the machine that much any more. Big help! Read more

This pillow is perfect! Stiff enough, silky smooth keeps me cool. The cutouts are amazing to keep the leak down on my cpap mask. I have been sleeping longer hours! Only issue is the height and neck support, hope there is a pad addition to get for a bit extra support. Read more
