Great company
Giving this 5 stars because of sellers great customer service. 6 days before my warranty expired the unit threw an error code and stopped working. I contacted the seller and had a new unit in two days. Before it broke unit worked great. I am pleased with the unit and the sellers company response. Read more
Window connection design is simply terrible.
Window setup is terrible it’s too long for standard windows, no screw holes for the screws to hold the end in. Only 1 screw included and the air exhaust hose is too short. The Air conditioner itself works perfectly Read more
Nice and Chill
I have a split level house with no central air. This cools the upstairs Master Bedroom awesome. You set a specific temp and it will go on an off to keep the temp in the room at that temp. I have a 20 x 32 Master bedroom and this cools it very quickly. Read more

Functioned as it should haha. Definitely was using it in a space much larger than 450 sq ft and it kept it cool all summer. Sounded like a typical AC. I used a tube and ran it outside, so I can't attest to how easy it is to empty if you don't have that capability. Doesn't weigh too much or take up much space, pretty compact for the area it cools.
