Firstly, I just wanna acknowledge how fantastically packaged this chair was. They meticulously wrapped/covered each part in a way so that no scratches or dents occurred. Typically heavier items like this end up arriving with at least a little damage, but not this time. So kudos to the brand for that. For the chair itself, it’s really easy to build. Took me about 5 minutes. Snap the casters and hydraulic pipe in place, screw the backboard and arm cushions in, screw the height adjusting plate/lever in place; and set the chair on top of the base. Done! It provides pretty good comfort and lumbar support, and the casters roll pretty smoothly. Also no issues with the height adjustment lever. This’ll make a nice chair for my second desk in my office. On the base there’s a piece that sits loosely though. Not sure exactly why it’s there, or if it’s actually supposed to be lose, but it seems to have no effect on functionality. Read more
