Microneedling is supposed to be very helpful in correcting a multitude of skin issues, but to paraphrase George Carlin, what if those issues involve lots of lil bitty needle holes all over your skin? This kit definitely has you covered for the other stuff. Various sizes of needly wheels and a 12-needle poker to massage whatever area of skin you feel the need to prick repeatedly. The kit came in a packet not unlike what sterilized medical equipment does, yet doesn not indicate that it has been sterilized or how, so I would not count on it to be sterile. There's a little well to fill with alcohol to disinfect the rollers, so that may help (even though alcohol itself doesn't do a whole lot to sanitize things unless you soak it for quite some time). The plastic handle twists off easily from the installed head and onto the others. The handle and the rollers all feel very substantial and not at all cheap or flimsy. The case, in addition to being my favorite color, is also very nicely made and doesn't feel cheap. As for the effects of the microneedling, well, that's not something this seller can control, but if it's something you're into this would be a great kit for it. Read more

This is a great product for those interested in derma microneedling to get clearer skin. I would definitely recommend doing your research on microneedling before beginning but I swear my skin hasn't felt more soft than it has been after doing this treatment for over a month. I spent a good while familiarizing myself with the product and how to perform it for the best results and what products to use alongside it. The purple color is welcoming on the eyes. Not too overly bright but rather a subtle shade of lavender. It does have a bit of discomfort when using for the first time but you get used to it as part of your at home facial treatment. I was a little hesitant at first but this is a great product. I did do a lot of research before committing to the purchase, wanting to ensure it's safe for skin, etc.. And, when used correctly, these are effective at increasing collagen production and reducing hyperpigmentation. It helps, too, with the better absorption of face creams and serums. I'll be honest, it hurts, just a little. I don't push hard, but still, I feel it...and don't "love" the way it feels, but has definitely improved my skin tone. It is harder to pull off to switch tops, but I use the bigger roller the most frequent anyway, so Im not changing out a lot. It's important, too, to keep it clean, so make sure you clean it before your first use, and after every use. There are recipes online that help you make an effective solution. Great Product! I waited until autumn to start using this because you're supposed to stay out of the sun. I started with the body since it's easier and I'd rather learn on my arms than on my face. It's easy to use and it works! After being comfortable with using it I moved on to the face with great results. Just remember to use the correct roller blade for the area you're working on and keep your tools clean. We all know there's bacteria everywhere so, just like any face products and makeup, take care and don't share. Read more
