These are great for cramped bathrooms! Many small trash cans have either no lid, or a lid that is operated with a foot pedal. Foot pedals are awkward to use while on the toilet. This can has a good size opening on the front instead, which keeps most of your trash out of sight. The top can also be used as a small table. Notes: It can be awkward to put trash bags in correctly. Also, because the opening is on the side, you can really only fill the can a little over halfway. The opening is large enough for a small dog to get their head inside, so be careful if you have a garbage thief! I got two. One for each bathroom. Our dog has a "used toilet tissue fettish", and we find that stuff all over the house. These lids keep her out. Plus its perfect to put a spare roll on the top, and hides away used feminine products and used up toiletries. Read more

Very pleased with these bins. I like the handle cutout that allows me to easily move them, and the design for holding the liner is very easy to use. Before I ordered, I saw that other reviewers were surprised to find that the color is not black, but green. I was looking for black bins, but the design appealed to me so much that I ordered anyway and hoped their color wouldn't be obvious in low light. I was right - in low light, no one would guess they're green. In bright light or when placed next to something black, you can tell they are a deep green, which is still very pretty. I'm thinking about ordering another set to use in other rooms in my house, since they look and fit so much better than the rounded bin types I've had before. Read more
