Super easy to use and very comfortable. The heat setting is what I usually use and it seems it last maybe 10 minutes before shutting off. I have used the cooling pad a couple of times I do need to loosing the strap when I use it. Read more

I have the same negative review as the others here. However, I really enjoyed it until it through the unclearable error lights at me. Usually heating pads can be reset by unplugging them and plugging them back in. After several accidental unplugs (because it's a delicate attachment) it won't reset. This has now happened with two different ones. How many times am I going to have to return these to find one that stays working? Also, I could not find their manual for it (HP-G42AJ) online. They do the manuals by numbers, but it doesn't seem to have that one listed. Read more
