Good quality and very sturdy. It does hold a good amount of weight as well. I live in an apartment and didn’t want to drill it into the wall so I used heavy duty Velcro command strips and it holds well. I wouldn’t recommend using command strips if you will be hanging heavy things on the hooks though lol, I learned that the hard way. The instructions to hang are easy to read if you use the screws.
