Love that these are natural, and the herbs are cooling which feels really nice. The absorbency could be better and on my heaviest days it feels like the blood starts pooling on top fairly quickly. These are great as backups with a menstrual cup, period underwear, or on light days. But if I’m looking for a pad as my only protection on a heavy day I’ll look to another brand. I have really heavy periods so I was hesitant to try these but what surprised me the most is my bleeding is half what it was with the traditional name brand.
