I will preface this review with the fact that I’ve never owned a mixer before. But with that said, this was extremely user friendly, super easy to figure out and pretty much foolproof. I am not a baker, I’ve never been a baker. And all of a sudden, I have this new hobby of baking because of how easy this mixer makes everything! There are three different mixing tools to latch on, all are very heavy duty metal. The stainless steel bowl is lightweight but very strong and durable. Super easy to wipe down, clean the bowl, and throw the attachments in the dishwasher. And I especially love the pink color, giving lots of baking girly vibes. Bought this mixer for my mother-in-law after her decades old Kitchenaid finally stopped working. This mixer is very comparable as far as size and ease. The attachments were all stainless steel, very easy to clean and wash, and easy to assemble. I wasn't crazy about how bright the pink was, but she seems to love the color. The bowl is a good size, very lightweight, stainless steel, easy to wash/rinse. She seemed a little apprehensive with it not being name-brand, but quickly changed her tune after the first use. She also really liked the suction cups on the bottom of the machine which stopped the mixer from sliding/moving. Really great product, very positive feedback/reviews. The 10 speed options give me excellent control for mixing different recipes, and the tilt-head design makes it very easy to add ingredients and clean afterward. It is powerful, works smoothly, and handles doughs and batters very well. It also offers a very good price for the quality and everything it can do, making it an excellent value. I've only been baking for a few months now, so I didn't want to spend the big bucks for the top of the line mixer until I was sure If use it. (You know which one I mean. LOL!) Since buying this, I've made bread 2X/week, cookies, and several cakes. There's nothing like the scent of homemade baked goods filling the air! The motor isn't the strongest but it gets the job done. The opening in the top to add ingredients as your mixing is too small. I just use the mixer without the lid & it works great. If you're a novice baker, this is a great starting point. Just got in the mail yesterday and so far it looks good! the mixer looks very beautiful and i loved the color. it’s a good size and definitely an upgrade from my mixer from like the 1900s! Today I made some bread and it made the dough perfectly well. the noise is a bit strange.. but as long as it does the job I don’t mind it. It does get a bit loud but honestly I feel like it wasn’t as loud as my last mixer. it’s kind of shaky, but not enough to be concerning in my opinion. i love that it has suction cups to help it stay in place. the spill guard i also love! the speeds work great, it goes rlly fast but can also go pretty slow. I think this mixer is a great alternative to some of the more expensive mixers. it’s got plenty of space, looks good, does the job, and is relatively cheap. so far i recommend ! i put it next to a water bottle so you can see the size better. i know when i was looking to buy it i wasnt sure it would be big enough, but once i got it i think it definitely is! Today, I'm making the fourth loaf of Shokupan, (Japanese milk bread) Love this mixer. Amazingly this is fairly light weighted for a stand mixer. I don't like a lot of things on the counter, prefer to have working space. I have used a Kitchenaid mixer a few times. Love it. However, It's pretty heavy. The only place I have to store a mixer is the very top shelf of my cabinet. That is why I've never bought a Kitchenaid mixer. This mixer is light weight, easy to put up into the cupboard and works beautifully. As hard as it needs to work with a bread dough, it has never overheated and has performed perfectly. The suction cup feet grip well. If you are looking for a stand mixer that is both beautiful and functional, this is a good choice. Plus, it's hundreds of dollars less than a Kitchenaid. Read more

If I could give this item a lower rating, I would. It was a gift for my mother. She delayed opening it for a few months (she is a very busy woman). When she did, it didn't work AT ALL. Turn the knob and nothing happened. Brand new, out of the box. IT DIDN'T WORK!!! I contacted Honinst directly. They had me make videos of it not working. Then the company said I would need to go to Amazon for a refund and not them. I went to Amazon. They refunded me $20 or the $219 I paid. I then requested they refund the rest. Finally, an Amazon representative said they would send my refund request back to the company. Haven't heard a word. It's been months. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!!
