Let’s just say my dog had an accident that will make you want to cry which I did all over my living room carpet. Once I cleaned up the mess and use the shampooer when I mean, it didn’t look like nothing happened. That was exactly the case. I read the review from a gentleman on here that used to do this. He left a long paragraph and if it wasn’t for him. I definitely was on the fence about getting it, but this is the best purchase that I’ve seen thus far and I got during a spring break kind of sale that they had going on so it was a killer sale And I ordered another bottle of shampoo cleaner because it gives you a small one. The only thing is that the water does spill out afterwards, but since he already stated that I had a A towel for it to sit on as a matter of fact, it was the crappy towel that I ordered in my lash review that I highly do not recommend so it was good for that purpose. Lol but this is something I do recommend to anybody that has carpeting instead of hiring you a professional come in this does the job and please read the review. He’s on here. With a house full of pets and pet visitors often, a good, easy to wield carpet cleaner is essential. This one is it! It does a very good job. I especially like the rinse feature that gets the soap out of the carpet, leaving it pristinely clean for longer. Btw, I’m 74 and can handle it easily. Will have one in my home always. Read more

In the past I would rent carpet cleaners from the store for a day or two and could really tell the difference in my carpet afterwards. I own a home now and thought buying this would be a good investment. HOLY COW I am impressed, this Hoover works almost as good as the store rented ones. Have three cats, and this thing tears though pet odor like crazy. this thing is a steal too, just using it 3-4 times and it’s already saving you money vs renting. No brainer, this thing rocks!!! I used to break this machine out every time my elderly cat would throw up. Now that he’s passed, I rarely use it. However, I still use it to do some spring and fall cleaning. The last few times I’ve used it, I noticed the rubber ring that helps hold the lid closed and prevent leaks on the dirty water tank is broken. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with the lack of suction, but most times the carpet is still pretty wet after I finish cleaning. Read more

Okay, I'm either getting old by getting excited over a vacuum cleaner or this is actually a great product!! I'm thinking the latter!!
