I recently had to adopt a 1000-1500 calorie daily diet. I seriously wondered how to get all the fruits and veggies into that limited diet. MEGA fruits and veggies was the perfect answer. this is going to greatly help my weight loss! After taking this product plus their super greens one, I just felt no hunger at all - I think my hunger was just my body craving nutrients but i was never feeding myself properly? If you can get past the taste you’ll be good , when you first put them in your mouth you get a taste of grass Lolol , I was skeptical buying supplements from Amazon.
