I made this purchase on August 28, 2025 primarily to help mitigate the pain in my joints. I did a little research and this one seemed to fit my needs. I was already being treated by a NP for long-term gout in my hips and knees. Although, the meds helped, I needed more. I wasn't using any type of prescription pain meds so I needed something else. It says take 4 a day but I think I only took 2 each day, maybe a mix. So, on my medical appointment on November 7, 2025, I was walking a lot better into the NP's office. But, that's not the story. When I told the NP how much better I felt and without any prodding from me, she said she had seen me a week before elsewhere and noticed how much better I was looking. It was believable because I don't get that often anymore. (So, please let have this one.) Anyway, I do believe this to have helped on my pain and apparently an unexpected benefit of helping to improve my appearance even though I knew it was possible. This is very potent. Only would take 2. Nails and hair get very strong. The recommend dosage to high for me. This stuff works. I stopped taking it and my nails became brittle again and hair thinned out. Easy to swallow. For those of you like me. Who don't like taking powders in there coffee. You can take on an empty stomach.
