I made this purchase on August 28, 2025 primarily to help mitigate the pain in my joints. I did a little research and this one seemed to fit my needs. I was already being treated by a NP for long-term gout in my hips and knees. Although, the meds helped, I needed more. I wasn't using any type of prescription pain meds so I needed something else. It says take 4 a day but I think I only took 2 each day, maybe a mix. So, on my medical appointment on November 7, 2025, I was walking a lot better into the NP's office. But, that's not the story. When I told the NP how much better I felt and without any prodding from me, she said she had seen me a week before elsewhere and noticed how much better I was looking. It was believable because I don't get that often anymore. (So, please let have this one.) Anyway, I do believe this to have helped on my pain and apparently an unexpected benefit of helping to improve my appearance even though I knew it was possible.
