We have had the hardest time finding heavy cream without corn, extra filler, or diluted with milk (it sounds weird; we have a family member with an anaphylactic allergy to whey, and heavy cream has been the only way he can have anything close to dairy). I have also found that heavy cream that is heavily diluted messes up recipes. This has happened more lately as companies are finding ways to cut costs. I can always depend on this brand to not change and stay top quality. While it is very pricey even for organic, it is worth it for the freshness. As well, with most organic dairy products, it has a much longer shelf life, which is another added benefit. Read more
