Love love love. High quality and ultra sharp - be mindful of that :-). Have the carving knife of the same series as well as another one from a different series from that manufacturer. Definitely high quality and value for $ paid. If you need a wedding present or birthday present, check out the single knives or the sets. Packaging looks great too! If you treat your knives properly they will last forever. I would recommend a quick 2 - 3 stroke honing every time you use one and also make sure you always dry your knifes immediately after using. Sharp but not as sharp as a freshly sharpened knife. Tip already broke off after a few weeks. I only use it for fruit and vegetables. Not sure when it broke off. Read more
