Nice looking, good quality, and most important, the flat sides are very helpful to someone like me with very small, arthritic hands. This should be a 5 star item except for the miserable lid. It has no rim or tab - nothing to grasp or push up on to remove it. Someone with stronger hands may be able to pull it off, but it tends to get slippery if damp so that might even hinder someone with good hands. I'd still like to use this cup so I've been prying the top off with a knife. Probably not the safest thing to do as the blade slipped a few times. At this point, I guess I'll use it without the lid, but that defeats the purpose of the cup. Hope the manufacturer sees this review and improves the design of the lid. The cup's flat sides and smaller size makes it so useful for people with small hands and/or mobility issues. I would like to get one for my brother who has Parkinson's, but he'd never be able to manage the lid. Read more
I ordered this cup to take camping because when you're short on space it's helpful to have mutli-use items. I plan on using this for wine/drinks as well as morning coffee/tea. It is very compact which I also appreciate. It feels very sturdy and I think it will hold up well in the durability department. It is also very easy to hold because of the two flat parts on either side. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is not fully leak proof. The top does have a slider portion that closes off where you drink from, but if you tip it over there will still be some spillage. Still better than a fully open glass though! Read more
I received a white one as a corporate gift, and brewed a cup of coffee into it. Life. Changed. I no longer use my traditional mugs. I'm so excited to find these online! I've been trying other insulated tumblers ever since, and they're good, but they're not this good. Things I love: - It's the right volume - 10 oz of coffee is perfect for me. - The flattened sides make it a pleasure to hold with one hand, and imo make it cuter too. - The lid is flawless; probably not totally spill-proof, but close enough to it for me, and easy to slide open and shut. As an insulating thermos, this cup works well to keep your drink cold. I also appreciate the unique design that makes holding on to this much easier. My only complaint is that its a missed opportunity to create a better sealing lid that provides more protection from spills. Your drink will definitely spill if the cup tips over or ends up sideways in a bag. I wont take off too many stars for that though since the company doesn't claim to be spill-proof. Read more
