Great product! It takes a few minutes to fully heat, but once it gets going, there are no problems. I do wish it had a light to let you know when it was ready to use. Works well for occasional projects. Its stand stopped holding it up during 2nd use, but I just lay it on its side on a protected surface. Functions great! Just as advertised. I will note, there is a little switch you have to click on on the handle of the glue gun to turn it on. Not a problem, doesn't get in the way as you're handling the gue gun. Comfortable in my hand (smaller hand for me.
