GREAT customer service! I messaged the seller and received valuable information that helped with my final choice (24x48’ in black ripple) perfect! I was going to order a couple runners then see how they looked. It was a tad longer than what I needed but I’m gonna have it tailored to my needed size. COLOR: The seller said she’s send me samples of my fave color choices. Huge help! Also That way I just purchased one and the color was beautiful and coordinated with my kitchen really well. STAYS PUT - SAFE No slipping around on our luxury vinyl planks in the kitchen. Safety is what we wanted and what we got. SELLER ASSISTANCE/CUSHION I also spoke to the seller about cushion bc my husband needs soft bc he has neuropathy on the bottoms of both feet. But it couldn’t be too soft bc that’s unbalancing. Tho those samples were small (3x4” ish) we could tell how cushiony the indoor runner was. Again another help in me not ordering many runners. PRICE I think the price is VERY reasonable. For the well made, beautiful runner I paid about $387.95. I’ve bought runners in the past at a cheaper price and that’s what you will get. A cheaper quality. I have a Chilewich runner and wanted to match it but didn’t buy one from there bc it woulda been a custom size with a custom price of, wait for it…about $1750. Yeah that’s not a typo. Now THAT wasn’t worth it plus they didn’t have as perfect a color as black ripple. BOTTOM LINE Bottom line: black ripple is a beautiful runner. Perfect size. Enough cushion for hubby. Overall, this is a great quality rug. The higher price point is worthwhile as the product holds up with aggressive use. However, we purchased a similar rug at a lower cost and it is also holding up well. What I liked most about this rug was that it had nice rounded edges that looked more refined for our living space. Overall aesthetic was appreciated. However, for the price point and comparable options, I returned our smaller version that we purchased and held on to our cheaper rug. No odd smells upon opening up. The package, does not absorb liquids and is easy to clean, and functions adequately noting that it has a slight pad feeling to it. Perfect for in the kitchen or bathroom or kitchen island, wherever you're standing for longer periods of time, without providing too much foam that may create discomfort in people's feet and or balance. Would recommend, however would likely not repurchase due to higher price point and other cheaper options available. Read more

This is not the most stylish or plush rug, but it looks good enough and works well in my high-traffic kitchen. The size was right, and it is obviously functional for a space like this. I have it sitting on top of vinyl flooring, which is slick, but this rug does not budge. It looks and feels like it will withstand dog and stain abuse. I'm happy with it. I would have given it 5 stars if it were just a bit thicker and slightly more stylish. Read more

The runner lays flat right out of the box. It is well constructed and soft. I purchased this runner before about 3 yrs ago and it held up well. I usually just ran a carpet cleaner over it. However, I made the mistake of washing the rug in the clothes washer and it shredded the backing. I would suggest running a carpet cleaner over the rug, rather than tossing it in the washer. Otherwise, it is a quality runner which is why I bought the same brand. Read more

This rug is beautiful, packing is rolled so no creases and no slip backing secured it on my vinyl flooring with no movement. Wish there were smaller sizes to add to other areas in kitchen and foyer. Read more
