I have been starting to make cheesecakes and this mixer is exactly what I needed. Whether you're a baker or do it for fun like me, this mixer is a great collection to add to your kitchen gadget. It whips egg and mixer mixes cake and pancake well, and room temperature butter too! It has different speed level which can be change depending on how much I need and turbo speed as well with a press of a button. It has 2 different heads for different purposes which is a plus and the little tray that it comes with is a nice addition. It's powerful and can handle a large batch mix. The handle is comfortable which makes it easy to operate, not too big or too small. The attachment are easy to clean and also the mixer itself, with the noice level being less than my blender! I ordered this mixer because my mixer died and I like to have a hand held mixer available for quick tasks. It works perfect for mixing up cake mixes. Pretty straightforward, works like my other mixer did. This mixer is a bit heavier, but I don’t mind. Read more

The title calls this a lightweight mixer and while it is pretty light, this is not a lightweight mixer. The housing is very high-quality and is built extremely well. It has enough power to power through pretty much anything you’re going to mix. I don’t always wanna pull out the stand mixer when we are making stuff so the boss and I decided to make some peanut butter cookies since that what seems to have doomed our old hand mixer and made it give up. We made a full batch and this mix the batter up extremely well and didn’t miss a beat. It has enough speeds that you were going to be able to knock out pretty much anything you want to throw at it. I would 100% recommend this mixer and I cannot say enough times how nice and well built it is! Read more

As designed, using this hand mixer is not effortless, as it requires some effort and “stretch” of the finger to operate the speed control switch, as the speed control switch is quite forward. I do not like the feel or “flow” of the speed control switch. There is too much play and bounce in the speed control switch. With the speed numbers being located on the side of the switch it makes it extremely difficult to read the speed setting during use. The numbers being black on black comprises the ease of reading even more. As designed, there is not a separate switch to eject the beaters. To eject the beaters, you depress the “bouncy” speed control switch at “0”. However, when you go to “0” to turn off the mixer, it is too easy to prematurely depress the speed control switch by mistake, thereby risking the beaters being ejected from the mixer. What “saves” me at present is that the hand mixer is still new and not yet “broken in”. At present, my beaters do not eject easily or freely from the mixer. For now, that “saves me” from mistakenly ejecting my beaters. But what am I in for when the newness wears off and my mixer has been “broken in”? At present, it’s cumbersome for me to eject the beaters from the mixer. Currently, in order for me to eject my beaters, while pushing down the speed control switch with one hand to eject the beaters, I need to grasp the beaters with my other hand and pull the beaters away from the mixer in order to get them to eject. Boy! Does that create an unnecessary and unwanted mess! As for the beaters, I don’t like their small size. I would prefer that the beaters be larger. The beaters are rather small compared to the beaters of my other hand mixers. I am not a fan of this hand mixer ~ with its design or with its operation. Read more

A mixing beast. This thing sounds like a vacuum cleaner when mixing at higher RPMs. This will be great for commercial use, at the lowest speed it is fast, I feel you would want a fairly big mixing bowl if you were going to mix flour or eggs so it doesn't get everywhere. It's built well, but I feel the included attachments are a bit cheap compared to the mixer. Read more

Works well so far, but I’ve burned out many a hand mixing engine so the review may be updated at some point. Easy to use, fine to clean. Read more

Well made and sturdy. Feels good being held not too heavy not too light. I feel I'm pretty good to comment on that being a senior and I don't want something to heavy but I want it to work well . Beater release button is built into 5-speed control with just a push of a button. Handy Storage for your feeders and dough hooks. This will satisfy your mixing projects from pancake batter or eggs. The dough hooks are a plus for those bread recipes you have. I recommend. Read more
