doesnt come with a dvi port however it came with a dvi cable. i found that a little odd. i shouldnt have to look to see what kind of ports it comes with since everyones been using dvi for the last ten years. maybe put no dvi hookup in the title? so i have my monitor sitting on my desk that i cant use until i buy a converter. awesome. When it comes to electronics they seem to pack them well. They look to be a bigger company and they have the right people that they need. In this thay seem to have the right people in charge of making things right. For humanity is sometimes faulty whether it be a slip of the keyboard key or grabbing the wrong unit to ship. This monitor is overpriced for 2019. If you look at vendor sites you should be able to find a monitor that is of better quality and better priced. Don't get robbed with this price. You should not pay more than $129 for this monitor. Read more
I didn't buy one of these off Amazon but we do have this monitor deployed in our organization. Be very careful with these as they are known to fry. First they start smoking and lift alone for a while, they will "smolder" but not burst in flames. We just didn't want it to go that long. I bought these from work to use as a gaming monitor. I paired these with a GTX 960 4gb SSC. Warning, these monitors are VGA only. I used 2 adapters, one DVI to VGA and an HDMI to VGA adapter. Now, let me tell you. These boards were terrible in 2011 but I have to say, for 20$ a piece they both run at 1680x1050 with 60hz refresh rate. I am experiencing zero ghosting, crystal clear resolution. I am really blown away how these monitors blow away my 1080p Viewsonic monitors that were 300$ a piece.
