This HPYGN door anchor is a well made sturdy item. The quality of the item is first class. Sadly, It is a bit too thick for my use as a door anchor. I highly recommend for its intended use . Read more
These work great if you have a strong door which doesn't flex (as is the case with all resistance anchors). The nylon is very strong and the rubber stopper provides a substantial amount of resistance without causing any damage to the door or frame. I'm fortunate enough to have steel doors in a steel frame, and I have regularly used these for 250-300 pound resistance sets. The padding protects the bands, stitching is holding up after hundreds of reps. Read more

This door anchor is exactly what I needed to add variety to my resistance band workouts. It’s super easy to set up - just slip it over the top, side, or bottom of the door - it stays put without slipping or damaging the door. The padding on the anchor is thick enough to protect both the door and the bands, so I don’t have to worry about fraying or wear. I use it for rows, chest, biceps/triceps, shoulders, abs etc. It holds securely in place. It’s compact and lightweight and makes working out at home or while traveling really convenient. There’s really no excuses. Highly recommend if you’re looking to level up your band workouts without taking up space! Read more
Used for an alternative purpose. Worked great, I was tied to the door securely while my significant other worked wonders 😍🥰😈 Read more
The size and design is perfect for using stretch bands for resistance training. I honestly don’t know what to tell about installation. It really should be self explanatory. I use it multiple times a week for the last year or so and it has broken yet. Easy to install. The thickness may prevent you from using it at a home entrance door but any door inside should be fine. Definitely not coming out. Just make sure you slide it to the hinge side for stronger bands. I managed to break my door trim! Not bad, just had to refasten it. Read more
