This chair is so comfortable. The seat is padded and cushiony, the back is supportive and it's just a really nice chair. It has lumbar support that is adjusted by a knob in the back which pushes the support panel in for more support, or dial it out for less. The headrest is tiltable for a comfortable fit. The armrests can be tilted inward or outward depending on personal preference, and it has rocking motion! The directions for assembly were pretty straightforward and I had no trouble assembling it. The only thing I would change, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that I wish it sat just a little bit higher. I have it at the top level and I seem to sit a bit lower than in my previous chair. Not a deal breaker, because the comfort makes up for it, but it would be perfect with just a little more height to it. Read more

I ordered this for my son whose faux leather chair has started deteriorating after a couple of years. I am hoping this one will last longer. This was easy to assemble, had my son, who is in his late teens, do most of the work and he was able to complete it easy. It came with the hex tool needed to put all the parts together. Let me add that the hex tool is not the usual angled metal but it instead has grip handle. This has more adjustments available for comfort. The lumbar support, which is my favorite, does not only move up and down, you can also turn the knob to push it forward or to pull it back. The headrest moves up and down and tilts so I can the most comfortable support behind my neck. And the most important feature I always look for in our chair is that the arms flip. However, this not only flips, it also slides forward/backward about two inches and swivels at an angle. The chair has conservative 4 inches of height adjustment but combined with the 5 inches neck support adjustment should be able to seat most everyone comfortably. It allows quite a lot of tilting angle but it always return to its upright position- you can't lock it in tilted position. To avoid accidents, you can disable the tilting feature. The best feature is probably the thick fabric cushion seat which provides very ample support throughout. It has a slight curvature for a more comfortable feel. The breathable mesh back is also great because it allows fresh air to flow through for that cool, refreshing feel. The lumbar support is also a cushioned fabric that pushes on the mesh back. My only complaint is that the armrest are made of faux leather which was never mentioned int he product description. I don't think its a deal breaker for me but I would've had second thoughts about this since its one of the things that broke on my son's chair. Let me add that the armrest are a bit too tight which I guess is not a bad thing. Overall, I think its a great office chair. It has all the bell and whistles to get you comfortable in your seat which is most important especially if you will be seating on it for hours. Read more
