I know this is technically a tee, but I find it works great with work pants due to the shoulder pads. I chose medium, and it is the size that I normally wear, and it fit perfectly. This sleeveless tee is absolutely gorgeous. It has a zipper in the back, but the wide opening makes it easy to put on and take off, and the zipper works smoothly. The silk lining inside feels cool and silky against the skin, even in warm weather. The draped design is stunning and gives it the look of a high-end designer piece. My favorite detail is the shoulder padding—it really elevates the overall look. Paired with a black skirt, it almost looks like a chic little dress, and it looks just as classy with both wide-leg and slim-fit pants. One of the most stylish and versatile sleeveless tees I own. A very nice top, the black padded sleeveless T-shirt has a great design. I weigh 110 pounds and the S size is just right, or the XS size is also OK. I like the cross-over design of the fabric on the chest, which can cover my little belly and make me look thinner. The padded shoulders make it look very three-dimensional! Read more
