These are nice little leg warmers. They are just the right size for a toddler- my 3 and a half year old is 40 inches tall, and they fit her perfectly ( probably reach from ankle to just above the knee as in the picture). They stay up but have enough slouch that she will be able to wear them for a couple of years or more I think - they will just be shorter as she grows and that's perfectly fine! It's how I wear my legwarmers in dance!! I think there are other brands that might be nicer cotton- like kddids for example ( but for a much higher price), these are just a synthetic material, but they are still soft and comfortable and perfectly adequate for a small child who is going to throw them on the floor, spill things on them and generally no appreciate high quality items. I think if all you want is an inexpensive cute little pair of leg warmers for your daughters introduction to ballet ( or for dressing up !) you really can't go wrong here. These are super cute simple leg warmers. They are really soft, stretchy, durable and they dont fall down. I was so afraid of getting my 3 year old daughter these and her having to pull them up during her dance class. (They do tumbling as well) which wasn't an issue. We didn't have to adjust them at all.
