These are such adorable little leg warmers! They look vintage because they have a thicker sweater knit to them like little girls tights from the 1970s used to look. But, the little bow and tassels give it an anime type of vibe. My tween loves them! They will probably only stretch to fit some of the smaller calves out there. The picture is from my pre-teen daughter, who is very slender wearing them. You can see that they are still a tiny bit baggy.
