The media could not be loaded. Not sure it’s working at 100% capacity, but it is working. I do like the light options, it’s easy to fill and empty and it’s the perfect size for how I need to use it, which is just on a nightstand in a house with forced air heat. I can tell a difference because I sleep better with it running. Instructions are not the greatest and I was confused at first about the wicks. Mine had two already in the unit and two replacements in a bag. Taking off the top is a little tricky, but you just have to use a little force and it will pop off. The springs have to go in at the bottom with the smaller end up for the wicks to sit on top of. I didn’t actually soak them correctly and they still functioned fine the first time I used it. I can’t speak for its durability yet after only using it a few times, but the mist output so far is enough for me in this small space (1300cu ft). Read more
