Hunter Womens Play Tall Rain Boot

I have been looking for rain boots for a while now and was constantly being disappointed by cheaper versions so I finally decided to get these hunter boots and I am so glad I did. I am between sizes and since I live in Los Angeles , we don’t get as much rain or freezing conditions to need super thick socks, so I sized down and they fit perfectly. I took them on a rainy Disney day and was comfortable the whole time. They are definitely built to last, sturdy, and worth the money. They kept my feet relatively warm with regular socks. And unlike cheaper versions , I wasn’t nervous about slipping if I was walking on puddles or wet floors, so the traction on these is pretty decent. I would recommend these if you are on the fence. The boots are very cute. My daughter usually wears an 8.5. We actually sized down to an 8. They are not snug but fit perfectly with thick socks. There is a slight platform heal. Great quality and style. My daughter has an athletic calf. This boot still has a little room left in that area. Just enough so that she could wear over fitted jeans if she wanted. My daughter is also petite (5’2”) and the boot is a great height —a few inches from bottom of knee on her. Read more

Nice boots! Waterproof as promised. I will say, they are a bit spendy for a rubber boot. I'll see how durable they are. Positive points: easy to put on/take off.. the flexible upper is responsive unlike the basic farm boots from the tractor supply vendors. Also, they are more shaped to the foot and easier and more comfortable than cheaper models of high waterproof boots. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.. I just don't see why they are so costly.. $16 vs $100+ = a huge gap. I'm hoping the quality makes up for the price. Read more
