What a great product! These are very well engineered and fit like a glove in my MK4 Jetta. They stay in place and don’t get munged up under your pedals like other mats I have had. Just as description says. They work well. Only ones I’ve found to fit the contours of the vehicle and actually cover the sides unlike the factory gti rubber Matt’s. Price is average I guess considering you get all 4 for just over 100 Bucks. If u have a mk4 Vw I wouldn’t hesitate! Read more
This is the 2nd set of floor liners I've tried in my 2005 Jetta. The first set were by the heavily advertised main supplier of American-made floor liners and were not custom fit but closest fit generic. I was not *at all* happy with their appearance (primarily due to extremely poor fit) and returned them. The Husky liners do fit quite well indeed, but not perfectly. They leave about 1/4" gap around the perimeter in a few areas, so slush or other liquids would have an entry point to get underneath. Once liquid is underneath the mat, I suspect it won't easily come out and may tend to result in more corrosion than with a typical carpeted floor mat. But overall the fit is quite acceptable, better than I expected. Kudos to Husky for getting the fit as close as they did (but again, not perfect... I left the mats in place in my car for a week hoping that any deformation due to shipment would relax, but the fit stayed consistent for the full week without closing up the 1/4" gaps). Another reviewer pointed out that the spikey things on the back were sharp. My thumb will attest to that, having received a good poke when removing the mats from their shipping container - ouch! I would be concerned about my car's interior if others removed the mats, such as at a car wash. All it would take would be 1 minimum wage car wash attendant, not being perfectly careful, to potentially rip or pull car seat material or to scratch the dashboard, headliner, or the paint on the exterior. Since I do occasionally get my car washed at the local car wash, this is a cause for concern for me. The appearance is, how should I say, somewhat industrial. Which, if that is what you are looking for, is excellent. Unfortunately, the appearance is out of character for my Jetta, which is more of a sporty, Audi-like appearance. If I drove an F-350, the floor liners would be perfect for that application. For a family sedan, you need to be your own judge. I think my experimenting with floor liners is at an end. My OEM carpeted floor mats, at the end of their service life after 150k miles, will be replaced with OEM replacement carpeted floor mats. Read more
It wasn't easy finding some that fit my 2006 Beetle but these fit perfect! I like they way they look with the small bumps and will work great for this winter with snow and dirt in the car. They fit each side perfectly up front and were a lot bigger than the OEM out back. In the rear they went all the way up to the vent leading to the feet. Made in the USA! I highly recommend. Read more
Not sure what the other reviews are referring to when they said the mats slide. I have these in an 01 golf and they fit great! id even go as far as saying these are equal or better than weather tech mats. The nice part too is that the rear mats go all the way under the front seats so the carpet is completely protected even when passengers are in the car. Read more
These mats are a perfect fit for the wife's bug. The mats look good and give the interior a cleaner look than just factory mats. The mats are priced right and feel as good as the Weather tech mats I have in my truck. I like this set and looking for them to fit my commuter car. I would recommend trying them, because if they fit your car as good as my wife's car. You will love them... Read more
