Perfect if you have spine injuries or any other injuries honestly. I can’t lift more than 10 lbs and wanted to do workouts that are more pilates inclined. These are perfect and no pain for me! Read more

These are the BEST! I struggled with workouts using dumbbells for walking and light lifting because of the funny grips on standard dumbbells. Rhea fit so nicely in your hands and don’t cause wrist issues. Easy to use, perfect quality and effective for walking outdoors and on treadmill without losing grip or balance. They’re pricey compared to standard dumbbells but I’d pay the price a million times over. Perfect weights! Read more

Purchased with real money
This is a real review. I paid my own real monwy for these weights. Nothing was given to me for free. These are so much easier to hold than traditional weights. They definitely distribute the weight much more evenly. They have been working great for my elderly parent and myself. The grip materials on the outside help them to not slip as easily as a traditional hand weight. My only thing is, I've had some comments on the shape when they are just sitting out. Also mine didn't come boxed up nicely like the other reviews shown. Read more
Less painful to hold!
I’m so happy I got these weights. Car airbags messed up my thumbs (shouldn’t put hands at 10 & 2) - painful to hold normal weights but these weights are extremely comfortable and a lot less painful to hold. Very happy I bought these. Read more
